The 4th Annual Historical Kentucky Avenue Renaissance Festival

The 4th Annual Historical Kentucky Avenue Renaissance Festival will be held this Saturday, August 2, 12-8 pm along Kentucky Avenue between Atlantic and Arctic avenues. 


 
This year’s festival, which is free to the public, will once again feature historical exhibits, live musical entertainment, food, vendors and plenty of fun activities for children and the entire family.  Special guests Live with R&B GQ Band, Harold Melvin’s Blue Notes, John “Sax” Williams, Unity Community Centers Royal Brass Band, and UCC Little Jazz Giants, Hard Act to Follow Band, D.J FAHDI, MC by Atlantic City’s Kevin Hall, Hosted by Patty Jackson of Philadelphia Radio WDAS, local performers, Historical Exhibits, Children Activities, Vendors and more.
 
In 2011, Polaris Development Group L.L.C - partnered with the City of Atlantic City, Atlantic City Library, Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA), and many local businesses to bring about the rebirth of the Historical Kentucky Avenue Renaissance Festival.  With the continued collaboration and support of the City of Atlantic City and its residents, the business community, CRDA, and all that recognize the need for Kentucky Avenue, we can foster a true private/public partnership for economic development through entertainment. We know that by working together we can improve the quality of life for our visitors and residents.
