WINE AND DINE WITH LOCAL VINTNERS

 

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (March 4, 2015)—Atlantic City Bottle Company (ACBC), and its highly regarded bar and lounge, The Iron Room, will be hosting a wine and dine event not to be missed, Thursday, March 26 from 6 to 8 pm.  Heritage Vineyards, out of Mullica Hill, has teamed up with The Iron Room to put together a menu sure to tickle the taste buds.  Executive Chef Kevin Cronin has put together a delectable menu paired with several of Heritage’s delicious wines.  Named New Jersey’s “Winery of the Year” last year, Heritage Vineyards is a family owned and operated estate vineyard located right here in South Jersey.  Members of their team will be in attendance, and will share the stories about their operation, which produces some of the ACBC’s best-selling wines.  The wines selected for this dinner will beautifully paired with the four-course dinner which will include:
1st Course:  Salmon Crudo, House Lemon Jam, Chevron & Chili Threads paired with Heritage Vineyards Cuvee Blanc NV 4th Edition
2nd Course: Wild Mushroom Salad, Fine Herbs & Arugula Vinaigrette paired with Heritage Vineyards Chambourcin 2012
3rd Course: Stuffed Quail, Hot Mustard & Aged Balsamic paired with Heritage Vineyards Syrah 2012
4th Course: Smoked Petite Filet, House Apple Butter & Crispy Asparagus paired with Heritage Vineyards Cuvee Rouge NV 3rd Edition
