FLASHING LIGHTS: The Drum Circle
Saturday April 27th at Historic Smithville
Words and Pictures by Raymond Tyler
The day drew people of all backgrounds to come celebrate Mother Earth, Mother Nature and The Drum itself. Almost every one brought something to contribute from poetry , to dance and of course drums. There were literally people there ages 4 to 84 with drums from home or bought there at Smithville.
This was my first drum circle but truly not my last.
